Face Swapping Feature and Face Data Use

Our app includes a face-swapping feature powered by the open-source Inswapper AI model, which allows users to upload images for creative transformations.

  • Face Data Collection: The app temporarily processes face data from the images you provide. This is done solely for the purpose of enabling the face swap functionality.

  • Data Storage: We do not store any face data or processed images on our servers. All processing occurs in a secure, transient environment and the data is discarded immediately after the generation is complete.

  • Data Sharing: We do not share any face data with third parties.

  • Data Retention: Face data is retained only during the active session for the purpose of generating the requested output. It is permanently deleted immediately after processing is completed.

  • Third-Party Libraries: We use the Inswapper AI model locally or in a secure runtime environment to perform face swaps. This tool does not independently collect or transmit data.

  • User Control: Users can choose whether or not to use the face swap feature. No facial recognition, biometric ID, or authentication is performed.

  • Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect or process face data from users under the age of 13. Parents or guardians who believe that their child’s face data may have been inadvertently used may contact us for deletion.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks is 100% secure.
